How to report an incident?

In order to report any incidents, bugs, or errors:

1. Submit a request by clicking on "Submit a request" on the top right.

  Alternatively, you can click on the following link: Report Form

2. Select "Report an incident or bug" from the type of request drop-down menu.

3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
