STEP 1: Verify your email and create your account password

If selected and approved by State Farm to run the PX lead program, you will be receiving a welcome email from Zendesk asking you to set up your account password. 

1. Check the email inbox associated to your State Farm Agent Account for an email titled "Create a password for State Farm Agent Support Portal": 
2. Click "Create a password".
3. Choose a password that must be at least 8-characters long and must contain letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
4. Confirm your password and Sign in! [this will automatically verify your email address]
