You can only return a lead for the following reasons:
- The customer did not request a quote
- The phone number provided was invalid or has been disconnected
- The customer does not exist
- The customer is already an existing policy holder
- The lead does not meet filter requirements (click here to adjust your lead filters)

- The lead was received outside of your lead delivery hours (click here to update your lead delivery hours)
- There was a language barrier
- The email was invalid or bounced
- The lead is a duplicate
- The lead is an aged lead (the customer’s request was more than one day old).
