How can I manage my lead program's geographic filters?

You can easily set up and modify the geographic targeting for your campaigns by selecting the state(s) or ZIP codes you are licensed in. For additional questions or assistance, please reach out to us.

1. Select "Submit a request" in the top right corner of your agent portal.

2. You can then select the type of lead geotarget filter you would like to use.

   • • ⚠️Please note that requests to set geographic filter will be processed automatically and instantly applied to your lead program; any previous geographic filters configuration of the same type (State or ZIP code) will be deleted and replaced by the new one. In order to supplement existing configurations, add exclusions or other special requests, please ensure that you fill out the Additional Information / Notes field.

A. Filter leads by State

1. Select "State" in the lead geotarget filter dropdown.
2. Select all states you are interested in receiving leads from in the Select States field.
   
   • This a multi-select field and you can select from 1 to 50 states.
   • ⚠️Only select states where you are licensed.
3. Click Submit.
4. You are all set! ✅

B. Filter leads by ZIP Code

1. Select "ZIP code" in the lead geotarget filter dropdown.
2. Submit a list of the ZIP codes you are interest in receiving leads from by typing or pasting them in the List of ZIP codes field.
   
   • This a long-text field that supports a maximum of 6,550 characters.
   • To ensure your request is processed automatically and instantly, all ZIP Codes must be submitted as a single, comma-separated string using this exact format:
     • [five-digit ZIP code] + [comma] + [space]
     • Example:

       • 90001, 90002, 90003, 90004, 90005 

     • Do not include line breaks, special characters, or any additional text.
   • Submissions that do not match the specific format detailed above will be flagged for manual review and handled in the order received. 
   • ⚠️Only submit ZIP codes where you are licensed.
3. [Optional Step]: You can supplement your request or provide add clarifications by filling in the Additional Information / Notes field. 
   • Make sure you leave this field BLANK if you want your request to be processed automatically and instantly.
   • Using this field will flag your request for manual review by our team in the order received.
   • You can use this field to clarify or supplement your ZIP code request. Examples include:
     • Listing additional ZIP codes beyond the 6,550-character limit.
     • Specifying ZIP codes to exclude from your campaign filters.
     • Submitting a list of ZIP codes to append to your existing filters (an addition that will not delete & replace the existing filters with your new submission).
     • Providing other geo-filter-related instructions.
4. Click Submit.
5. You are all set! ✅
