Can I change the days/hours that I receive leads?

1. Click on Submit a New Request (or Click Here)
2. Select "Set lead delivery hours"
3. Select your "lead delivery frequency"
   • "Monday to Friday" - you will only receive leads from Monday to Friday
   • "7 days a week" - you will receive leads every day, including on Saturdays and Sundays.
4. Select your "Agent Time Zone".
   • Leads will be sent from 8 AM to PM in this time zone.
5. Click Submit.

📌 By default, you will receive leads Monday through Friday only, unless you update your preferences. You will receive leads from 8am-8pm in your selected time zone.

⚠️Because these consumers specifically request State Farm, branded leads are delivered to you around the clock, regardless of your normal lead delivery settings. Their higher intent makes them a priority, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to convert!
